Client: Smith & Nephew Richards
Engagement: Turnkey training and media support for total hip product launch.
Solution: We created a branding strategy, centered around media design and content architecture, to effectively reach hospital clients, orthopedic surgeons, and trade show attendees. The media elements/deliverables included; print materials, surgical technique videos, sales training aids and video, and a video wall for the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery meeting.
Outcomes: Product generated over 3 million in first year sales. Booth traffic at AAOS meeting was increased by over 400% from previous year. |

Client: ACRI (Atlanta Cardiovascular Research Institute)
Engagement: The American Cardiovascular Research Institute wanted to expand its marketing impact to increase patient enrollment in clinical trials, acquire greater numbers of research projects, and enhance philanthropic contributions.
Solution: Our strategic solution was to economically create effective media that could reach multiple audiences with a “universal” message. We assembled the client’s intellectual capital into a DVD that could be launched from a computer. We divided the content into “chapters” that could be randomly chosen for presentation to a specific audience. We also leveraged those same content assets by repurposing them for web distribution.
Outcomes: Because there was no historical data and only minimal tracking tools employed, the ROI metrics are incomplete. Anecdotal feedback from the client indicates that all of their goals were met.

Client: WebMD
Engagement: Create web based portal for physician based CME education
Solution: Designed and created an easily navigable, media rich training environment to entice physicians to seek CME training on-line. WebMD was one of the first CME education portals that utilized integrated text, audio, and graphics as enhanced learning tools for continuing medical education.
Outcomes: WebMD is now in the top 10 most recognized healthcare education brands in the world.

Client: Medigital
Engagement: Create and implement an internet strategy and manage key account relationships for a high-tech motion analysis company that was targeting occupational health, rehabilitation, and sports medicine clients throughout the United States.
Solution: In support of the defined areas, we designed and managed the implementation of MotionReality.com to serve as a key distribution tool to the targeted segments of the healthcare market. In support of the internet strategy and presentations for investment, we created a multi-media laptop driven presentation tool that allowed any member of the management team do a "road-show" presentation. The menu-driven CD ROM was divided into Chapter segments that reviewed technology, marketing strategy, and financials using audio, video and interactive charting to tell a multi-dimensional story.
Outcomes: Because of proprietary non-disclosure restrictions, we are unable to publish the results of the consulting engagement but we offer the case study as a creative, successful solution for our client. Direct client contact information is available upon request.
