Process

How we develop for our clients is as critical to the success of a project as the development itself. Our team has established tested methods which help guarantee the successful development of each and every project.

1. Intake

Our team researches everything that we can about your product lines, marketing objectives, brand, customers and current online efforts. We then meet with your team to better understand current market perspective, anecdotal input, corporate culture, technology, marketing goals and ROI expectations.

2. Assess

STEMworks reviews the intake information, current marketing assets, and marketing objectives associated with the engagement initiative. We then compare this data to the benchmarks of user experience. At the same time we evaluate current assets to determine which elements may be retained and what assets must be developed to accomplish new marketing goals.

3. Recommend

At this stage of our process STEMworks provides its expertise. We propose strategy suggestions to meet and expand our client’s marketing objectives, we identify media assets and recommend media applications based on content and audience, we offer technology solutions as is appropriate, and we offer methodology for assessing performance/ROI.

4. Execute

Execution is straightforward. Once our clients agree to the elements of the initiative and a timetable for delivery…we deliver on time and on budget. A project manager is assigned to each client and milestones are mutually established to monitor progress on deliverables. Realizing that all projects are fluid and subject to change, our project managers work with your team on a timely basis to ensure that if goals change, the initiative does not stall.

5. Measurement

A critical component of the STEMworks process is the design and implementation of tools to measure the success of client initiatives. We believe that metrics are the quality assurance component of strategy. Whether the metric is simply measuring financial return on investment or as complex as data extraction and analysis, STEMworks is prepared to help clients create effective tools for determining the impact and value of their electronic marketing communications initiatives.
